Roofing jobs for roofersTake the ones that suit you.

Homeowners tell us about their roofing job, and the licence-checked roofers who cover their area see it. The first roofer to take a job gets the homeowner's contact details, and no other roofer ever does. You pay us for the job, and they pay us nothing. We take roofers from anywhere in Australia.

What is Find My Roofer?

We're a referral service, not a roofing company. Homeowners come to us when they want a roofer, and tell us about the job in a short form.

Roofers who cover their area can see that job, but the phone number and email go to whoever takes it first. Nobody else gets them, so once a job is yours, no other roofer from us is ringing the same number.

How does a job get to you?

  1. The homeowner tells us the job

What's wrong, what the roof is made of, their postcode, first name and mobile, and if they like, an email and a few words about the job. The form doesn't take photos, so ask for some on your first call if you need them.

  2. They agree to one roofer contacting them

Before they can send it, they tick a box agreeing to Blufire sharing their details with one local roofer. We keep that wording with the job, along with when they sent it.

  3. Local roofers see the job

Roofers who've passed our checks and cover that area see the job, the suburb and the homeowner's first name, never their phone or email. We check the mobile is a real number first. If nobody takes it within 48 hours, roofers elsewhere in the state may see it.

  4. The first to take it calls

Take the job first and you get the homeowner's first name, mobile, email and message, and you contact them. From there it's your quote, your customer and your job to win.

What do we check before you get a job?

  • Your licence or registration, on your state's public register
  • A current public liability insurance certificate, with cover of at least $10 million
  • That the business on your licence is the business you trade as
  • The postcodes you cover and the jobs you actually take on

Bought leads can leave you holding someone else's compliance problem. The ACMA's spam guidance puts the job of proving consent on the business sending a marketing message, and says buying a list doesn't change that.

Our jobs come from homeowners who asked for a roofer and agreed to one roofer contacting them about that job. We don't sell their details anywhere else. How leads work shows the exact words they agree to.

Where can you get jobs?

Anywhere in Australia. Every area is open to apply for, from capital cities to country towns, so tell us the suburbs you'll actually travel to.

The price per job, the contract and how areas work are covered on a call with you before anything is signed. Our areas page has what to tell us about where you work.

If we ran a roofing business

We'd try any new source of work on a handful of jobs and track each one: called, quoted, won, and what it was worth. After a month or so you'd know whether it pays its way. That goes for us too, and we'd expect you to hold us to it.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is the same job sent to other roofers?
Other local roofers can see it, yes, but not the homeowner's phone or email. Those go only to the first roofer who takes the job. If the details turn out to be wrong, like a fake number or something that isn't roofing work, tell us and we'll review it.
Do you do roofing work yourselves?
No. We don't quote, we don't do the work, and we won't compete with you for jobs. We pass jobs on, and that's it.
Who pays you?
Roofers, per job. Homeowners never pay us anything.
How do I join?
Start with the application. We check your licence and insurance first, then talk through your areas and the jobs you want.
