What's set?
- You pay per job
- Only the first roofer to take a job gets the homeowner's contact details
- Homeowners pay us nothing, at any point
- We don't take a percentage of the work you win
- We never sell a homeowner's details to anyone
What do we go through on a call?
The price per job, how it's charged and invoiced, how long an agreement runs, and how areas work. We cover each of those with you after your licence and insurance checks, and nothing is signed before that call.
Bad leads work like this: if a job you take has a fake number or isn't roofing work, tell us and we'll review it.
How do other lead sites bill roofers?
This is how the lead sites we could check bill roofers, as at 27 October 2026. Plans change, so look at each site before you rely on it.
hipages sells monthly plans that include lead credits. The credits a lead needs vary with the job, and up to 3 businesses can claim each lead.
What's The Damage charges per lead, at a higher rate for bigger jobs, and sends each lead to at most 2 tradies. It also sells one tradie per trade per city on a monthly fee.
ServiceSeeking sells monthly memberships with unlimited quotes on matching jobs, and says it doesn't charge per lead or take a commission.
Bark sells credit packs. What it costs to contact a customer depends on the service, the value of the job and local demand, and up to five professionals can contact each customer.
Where we'd start
Work out what a won job is worth to you before you talk price with anyone, us included. Once you know that number, any price per job is quick to judge, and a poor deal stands out.
